摘要

Polysilane is known to show electrical conductivity upon doping with a dopant such as iodine. However the electrical conductivity of polysilane isn't enough to use as electric circuit materials. Toward higher electrical conductivity, we investigated factors affecting oxidative degradation of polysilane film, using design of experiments (DOE), and found that the oxidative degradation of polysilane film deponded on the concentration of polysilane solution. It was also tried to add polyaniline to polysilane and polysilane-polyaniline composite film showed high electrical conductivity.
