STAFF retention continues to be a big issue for the feedlot sector, as it is across agriculture generally, so it was a significant occasion when Australia Meat Holdings paused to salute some of its longstanding employees recently. Included were five staff from Beef City feedlot who collectively have worked for the company for 130 years, plus two staff from Caroona.
