Brahman to get a grilling

THE Australian Brahman Breeders Association has joined forces with Beef Australia 2012 and the Ascot Stonegrill Restaurant to showcase the tenderness and quality of Brahman beef. Eight Brahman cattle producers have custom fed 94 Brahman steers at theMelbrig Feedlot, Mundubbera, for 101 days specifically for the Ascot Stonegrill Restaurant. The cattle were processed at Teys Australia meatworks in Biloela, with all of the 90 Brahman cattle grading to MSA standard to provide consumers with the finest meat quality traits.
