THE ADVENT OF WARM weather, particularly within the last three days, has brought the subject of the public health vividly before the minds of those who take any deep interest in such matters, (as who ought not?) As a general thing, we believe, Brooklyn is on all hands considered a remarkably healthy place. Its peninsular situation, and the hilly nature of the ground, both contribute to make it healthy....
