摘要

The results of theoretical analysis of non-isothermal crystallization of metallic glasses as well as ofexperimental studies of transformation kinetics to crystallinestate for Fe40Ni40P14B6 and Fe80B20 amorphous metallicalloys are presented. The technique of evaluation of thethermodynamic and kinetic parameters, which controlcrystallization of amorphous-phases' crystallization isdescribed and the temperature dependencies for diffusivity atthe melt-crystal interface, the difference of thethermodynamic potentials between the undrcooled liquidand crystal as well as the specific nucleus-melt interface freeenergy are determined. It is shown that the calculated valuesof main crystallization parameters are in a good accordancewith experimental data.
