摘要

The article by Pronk et al. (1) describing no association between night-shift work and breast cancer risk in a cohort of Chinese women makes a useful contribution to this emerging and contested field of epidemiologic research. It is a large cohort and one of only a handful of prospective cohort studies that have investigated this association.
