摘要

Artificial pollution of soddy-podzolic by lead (>500 mg Pb/kg soil) caused a decrease in the species diversity of soil micromycetes and streptomycetes and in population density of azotobacter, a replacement of dominant species participating in decomposition of different substrates, and an increase in the abundance of phytotoxic micromycetes. The bacteria of genus Bacillus demonstrated high resistance to soil contamination by lead. High concentrations of lead were found in the topsoil layer even 15 years after the pollution.
