In the event of purulent-catarrhal endometritis, the most efficient method was a complex therapy in combination with an intra-aortal injection of 1percent solution of novocaineat the 100 ml dose and 50 units of oxitocine in every 48 hours, with washing the udder cavity with acetic acid solution at 1:1000 dilution and introducing of 150 ml of iodinol.
