A technique for the preparing of calf abomasal pouch in the left side

A technique for preparing an innervated abomasal pouch with a view to obtaining pure calf gastric juice and carrying out the trials of studying the abomasum secretory responses to feed and pharmacological agents has been described. For the first time it has been isolated left fundico-parietal zone which give an opportunity to make the most efficient use of cages for preruminant calves in the farm conditions.
