Obtaining of spring barley regenerates resistant to root rots in the East Siberia [Russian]

The specific composition of spring barley root rot disease fungi in the East Siberia was examined. Two species of genus Bipolaris were described for this region for the first time. The evaluation of in vitro resistance of spring barley to the toxic metabolites of root rot fungi of the genera Bipolaris and Fusarium allowed us to reveal the disease-resistant barley lines.
