摘要

Genetic polymorphism among pea cultivars, lines and mutants was investigated by the RAPD technique using 6 oligonucleotide primers. The level of divergence was quantified as 0.35, 0.28 and 0.09 for cultivars, lines and mutants, respectively. The data set for 22 genotypes involving 132 binary characters was used to generate dendrograms suggesting genetic relationships between pea cultivars and lines. Confidence of genealogical reconstructions was estimated by the bootstrap method. RAPD markers for the identification of pea cultivars were found.
