摘要

Physicochemical properties of extracts from Desulfovibrio desulfuricans B-1388 cells as a biocatalyst for the Fisher-Tropsh synthesis were characterized. The contents of metals in this extract, as well as the biocatalyst thermostability, thermoresistance, and stability during storage were determined. Concentrations of the substrate and the catalyst were shown to affect the enzymatic synthesis of organic compounds from CO and H_2 catalyzed by extracts from D. desulfuricans cells.
