Plasticized HCBS are developed on the quartz sand base. The HCBS are characterized with thixotropicdilatant flow and certain plasticity. The latter property is attained due to introduction of additives of fine-disperse refractory clay and fusedquartz which is introduced through the discharge—waste of centrifugally cast quartz ceramic production. The effect of pH, temperature, and volume fracture of the HCBS solid phase on the properties of plasticized HCBS is studied.
