A Case Study for Self Diagnosis Type Risk Assessment

Up to now, worldwide chemical enterprises have developed and been applied risk assessment for themselves, but metal apparatus industries being composed of a lot of minor company have a few chances to evaluate their own risks. In these processes to analyze the accident data, some essential factors still have not been extracted, also not quantified in many cases, because even a few kinds of statistics has not been opened to the public. In this paper, we propose new type risk assessment method for metal apparatus industry, and then we show how to make it and how to estimate fire cost based on the Quantification Theory I. Finally, the availability of this method in the near future is presented.
