Diffusive carbon redistribution at austenite phase in the welding joint HAZ from low carbon steel produced by resistance-spot welding

摘要

Calculation of thermal cycles and diffusive carbon flows in cast button and near-weld zone at resistance-spot welding are shown. Maximum diffusion contribution into the carbon content balancing process between different austenite sections is determined.
