Development of remote monitoring system for gas turbine cogeneration plants

IHI has developed a remote monitoring system for gas turbine cogeneration plants, which canacquire operational status data of plants without sending an engineer to the plant sites. The systemenables quick and adequate response to urgent customer requirements. The system functions includeperiodical reporting on plant operation status, detection and reporting of abnormal status, and storingand browsing of data for operation status. The hardware and software configurations are describedhere.
