The results of experimental researches of a micropower receiving-transmitting HF of the modulus working in a quasicontinuous condition with PSK a cue, having a porosity 2 are considered. Statistical characteristics of signal responsibility, noise immunity, and phase selectivity of a parametric quantizer of a phase (PQP) of the HF modulus are presented independently and for a complex of remote sensing.
