The QoS management system using change-of-measure with programmable high-speed IP packet processing equipments

This paper proposes the new QoS management system using Change-of-Measure technology. This system adopts the programmable high-speed IP packet processing equipments which implement most functions such as receiving, filtering and counting IP packets on hardware as the passive monitor. Our proposal achieves the economical and accurate quality control system.
