比較的まれな部位に発生した滑液包炎の2例

Bursitis develops mainly in the joint circumferences such as at the knee,the elbow, the foot, and the buttocks, We present two cases of bursitis in the subscapular area and the forearm that are both relatively rare as per their location.The first case was a 75-year-old female who presented with a 9 X 7 cm subcutaneous tumor at her right subscapuler area.At first the tumor was diagnosed as elastofi-broma on CT findings.The second case was a 74-year-old female who presented with an 8 X 5 cm subcutaneous tumor at the left forearm. On MRI findings, this tumor was initially diagnosed as cystic lymphangioma. Both of these tumors were revealed as bursitis pathologically after surgical resection.In view of these cases, bursitis should be included in the differential diagnosis anywhere a subcutaneous tumor is found on the body.
