Variant of procedures classification of monitoring in interests of the synthesis of the control systems of telecommunication networks quality

A variant of classification is suggested for regimes, methods and algorithms of telecommunication network quality monitoring, oriented to consideration of a network monitoring problem from the view point of a complex of observation, estimation and prediction procedures. Availability of well-grounded classification attributes allows to formulate and solve a complex problem of synthesis for adaptive and optimal monitoring and quality control of telecommunication networks taking into account evolutional and operational factors which influence the state and quality of the networks of such a class.
