摘要

A mathematical tool, which allows improving measurement accuracy of the sensors of any physical nature, whose conversion is described by nonlinear fractional rational functions (FRE), is presented. It considerably extends the classical test method used for this purpose. The author has theoretically proved the opportunity of applying only additive tests while developing test algorithms for the sensors with nonlinear FRF conversion. An example is cited of such algorithm based only upon additive tests for a three-channel electromagnetic displacement sensor. The merits of the technique proposed are demonstrated.
