26GHz band PTMP radio equipment for fixed wireless access system

摘要

In recent years, the demand for broad-band access line is increasing. The Point to multipoint (PTMP) wireless access system is one of solutions to realize this need. In this PTMP system, a base station can accommodate many customer stations at the same time. Consequently it can provide low cost communication service rapidly for not only enterprise users but also SOHO and residential users. The developed PTMP system is small, low-cost and fit in with ATM backbone networks suitable for multimedia communication. We expect this system to contribute to the expansion of communication service.
