Report of SID 2003 International Symposium - Emissive Displays (Plasma Displays)-

摘要

This report introduces the papers presented at the color plasma display session of 2003 SID International Symposium and several remarkable papers are reviewed. The total number of the presented papers was 42 including 23 oral papers and 19 poster papers. Ten more papers were presented than last year. Those papers covered improvement of luminance efficacy and reduction of the manufacturing cost. Especially, the paper of high luminance efficacy to realize 5 lm/W had strong impact for the development of the plasma display since it is one of the important mile stone.
