Soft switching power supply for high voltage with complex resonant type converter

摘要

Complex resonant type switching converter circuit, which has voltage resonant circuits in its own primary side and also in secondary side, enables extremely high efficiency in power conversion. We have developed this complex resonant type converter circuit with single end form and soft switching power supply for high voltage direct current with voltage resonant pulse voltage. The constant voltage control of high voltage output voltage is made from that complex controls both switching frequency control and pulse width modulation control. In this paper, the output characteristics anti AC-DC efficiency of this high voltage regulator were reported.
