摘要

In this paper, a current-source type parallel inductor compensated load resonant high-frequency soft switching inverter using IGBTs which incorporate a single switched capacitor resonant DC link snubber into DC busline side is presented and discussed, along with its operating principle and its pulse density modulated output power regulation characteristics in the case of driving the newly-produced silent discharge type ozone generating tube.
