The Choice of Methods of Time Series Spectral Estimation Obtained of Simulations of Microwave Devices

A possibility of application of various parametric methods for spectral estimation of time series obtained at simulations of microwave devices is investigated. The estimation of selected methods frequency resolution dependencies on number of harmonic components in a narrowband signal is carried out. A modification of well known Jenkins-Traub and Jenkins methods is proposed, which allows factorization of high-order polynomials.
