Not unexpectedly, 'Signature' and 'St Patrick' rose from 9th and 10th places to 4th and 5th in 1999. 'Touch of Class', 'Crystalline' and 'Dublin' maintained the top three spots respectively. 'Touch of Class' will likely be unseated in 2000 or 2001 --there are too many good roses coming along for it to hold on much longer. 'Louise Estes' moved up from 9th to 5th place, and 'Suffolk' dropped out of the Top 10. 'Moonstone', which led the pack in 1999, moved from nowhere to the 24th place. Look for 'Raphaela' to break into the top 25 next year.
