摘要

In these years, mass mortality of bivalves such as oyster are caused by red tide plankton, named Heterocapsa circularisquama (Heterocapsa). Heterocapsa are vegetative plankton and cause serious damage to fishery. Therefore, it is urgent to elucidate the ecosystem of Heterocapsa to forecast outbreak of red tide. However, it is known that the living state of this species is considered complex multi-component fluid, so it is not straightforward to elucidate the ecosystem of Heterocapsa So, there is the research for attempt forecast of outbreak of red tides by numerical simulation using mathematical model, describing ecosystem of Heterocapsa [1] [2]. Recently, it was found that diatom species and nutrients, which are the factor affecting a ecosystem of Heterocapsa have two phases. In this paper, we introduce this new knowledge into the model and confirm validity of new model.
