摘要

Total irradiation of animals in the dose of 8 Gr leads to suppression of RNAase and Mg~(2+)--ATPase activity, increasing with time after irradiation. Rast irradiated with the above dose without colostrum factor died on the 3th-8th day after irradiation. Some suppression of RNAase and Mg~(2+)-ATPase activity in liver nuclei is observed on the lst-15th day in rats administered with colostrum factor befole and after irradiation: On the 30th and 60th day the activity of the enzymes in this group variates in normal limits, cell nucleus ultrastructure stabilizes.
