A, T2-weighted brain magnetic resonance images (4 days after onset) show thalamic hemorrhage and severe perilesional edema in the right midbrain and posterior limb of the internal capsule. B, Disruption at the periaqueductal region of the right oculomotor nerve, compared with the left oculomotor nerve, was observed on the 1- and 6-mo DTT. By contrast, this disruption was restored on the 9-mo DTT.
