As the sun sets on another exterior painting season here in the Northeast, it is that time of reflection again about how we did this year If you follow us online, you may have noticed that Todd and I decided to run through this exterior season as a two-man crew. That created a perfect opportunity for us to focus solely on production and dialing in our systems to be better prepared for the next time we field a crew. You have to do that once in a while. We call it recalibrating the production rates-raising the bar within our own company.
