Brick City Painting: How PDCA helped one painter quintuple his business

Chad Jeffries, attended Lynn, Massachusetts Vocational & Technical School and pursued painting and decorating as his trade. We asked Chad to share some insight that has been pivotal in his growth and made a large impact on how he runs his company, Brick City Painting and Drywall, which has grown from 5 to 25 employees. Chad shares, ‘I am, and always will be thankful for those who saw my potential.’ Chad is referring to teachers and others who have played a large part in his growth from crew member to business owner. Another ally he references is the PDCA, who has instilled the importance of education and training which has taken him from painter to professional.
