Delta-Cobordism and Weak Self Delta-Equivalence for Links

In [5], we defined a weak self Δ-equivalence for links. It is a concept weaker than that of self Δ-equivalence for links. It is known that there is no relation between cobordism and self Δ-equivalence for links. On the other hand, we will prove that Δ-cobordism and weak self Δ-equivalence for links are equivalent in this paper.
