High-performance capillary zone electrophoresis of proteins in capillaries coated with poly(glycidyl methacrylate)

The article is devoted to improvements in the high-performance capillary electrophoresis of proteins on a system designed and made at the Institute of Analytical instrument Making of the Russian Academy of Sciences. A procedure for modifying the capillary wall with poly(glycidyl methacrylate) is developed. Protein mixtures are separated with high efficiency, and the experimental data are recorded and processed using a computer.
