摘要

It was found, that in the process of ontogenesis the dynamic of IAA in the leaves corresponded to photosynthetic activity and the tempo of growth of underground organs. It has been shown the overdistribution of auxin in the second half of vegetation. The accumulation of IAA into a basal part of the stem promoted the origin of posItive gradient of osmotic pressure and, as consequence, the transport of assimilated into the grown tubers. The dependence was revealed between sizes of tubers and content of IAA in them, and degree of differentiation of carring out of elements of stolons.
