摘要

The incubation of tomato and cotton seeds in gibberelline and fusicoccine solutions leads to a decrease in the phytochrome photoactivity in hypocityles of normal forms of plants and to its significant increase in the mutant form of cotton L-650. Besides, the incubation of tomato mutant Aurea seeds in gibberelline leads to an appcaramce of the registrated low-temperature luminescence exitation spectra of etiolated hypocotyles, related to luminescent P_r-form of phytochrome. A higher efficiency of exogenous gibberelline in comparison with fusicoccin to affect phytochrome photoactivity, of all investigated tomato and cotton plants was found.
