Synthesis and investigation of MgAl_(2(1-x))Ga_(2x)O_4 solid solutions

摘要

Solid solutions on the base of magnesium monoaluminate and monogallate in a salid state has been synthesed and investigated. It was established that under the reaction of magnesium monoaluminate and monogallate at high temperatures intermittent solid solutions of cubic structure on the base initial iso-compounds formed. Physicochemical characteristics of the initial compounds and MgAl_2(1-x) Ga_(2x)O_4 solid solutions synthesed, were determined by modern methods of physico-chemical analysis.
