摘要

Flavonoids isolated from Ferula schair Borszcz. administered per os in the dose 10 mg/kg exert an expressed hypoazotemic action on intact rats and rats with various types of renal pathology with azotemia. 4 compounds were studied. Cynarozid was the most active. Cynarozid's capacity to decrease urea content and residual nitrogen in blood is no less that, of the known hypoazotemic preparation flaronin developed on the basis of an individual flavonoid robinin.
