The concenption of atmospheric air rational utilization as natural resource

The classification of atmospheric air functions on the types (non-raw and raw), classes (landscape forming, bioecological, social, chemical-technological, energetic) and subclasses are given. Consisting from multilevels functional structure of rational utilization of atmospheric air as natural resource was built on the basis of discount of mega-systems nature and society.
