Diagnostic values of the method of holter ECG monitoring in patients with coronary insufficiency

The paper presents the results of the study on the diagnostic potentialities of 24-hour ECG monitoring in patients with coronary heart disease. Holler ECG monitoring were conducted in 58 men aped 46,7+6,8 years. The study group included 19, 21 and 18 patients with suspested CHD, stable angina pectoris and after miocardial infarction respectively. Control group included 10 healthy persons. The monitoring is a sensitive and informative technique for the diagnosis of silent myocardial ischaemia in patents with coronary heart disease. The signs of coronary insufficiency is revealed in 80% of the patients.
