摘要

Mitochondrial respiration and electrophoretic patterns of fiber protein composition were compared in rat heart and fast-twitch and slow-twitch skeletal muscle skinned fibers. In fibers with low permeability of the outer mitochondrial membrane to ADP (heart and slow-twitch skeletal muscle soleus), a 27.5 kD protein was detected and in fibers with high permeability to ADP (fast-twitch skeletal muscle gastrocnemius), this protein was not detected. The data suggest that the 27.5 kD protein can be an intracellular factor which controls permeability of the outer mitochondrial membrane to ADP.
