摘要

A P33 protein Was purified from the cell walls of Candida utilis yeast. The protein is a homolog of Bgl2p protein from the cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. The data of trypsinolysis and gene disruption indicate that these proteins are important for molecular organization of the cell walls of the yeast.
