摘要

The enterotoxin B gene from Staphylococcus aureus was cloned, and a gene for fusion protein derived from Streptavidin and enterotoxin B was constructed. The expression plasmid that included this gene was obtained. A highly-effective E. coli strain producer of the fused protein was created. The hybrid protein was isolated in a homogeneous state.
