Background Extrauterine growth restriction (EUGR) is inversely related to neuro-developmental outcome. We analyzed growth outcomes and enteral nutrition practices among preterm infants at New York State (NYS) regional perinatal centers (RPCs) to identify practices associated with risk of EUGR.
