Identification of unstable anthrasesamone analogues, (Z) -MPDEAQ and 2，3-epoxyanthrasesamone B， in roots of sesame (Sesamum indicum)

摘要

Two unstable metabolites were isolated from the roots of sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) by means of carefUl treatments of the samples throughout all experimental procedures. These metabolites were characterized as (Z)-MPDEAQ and 2,3-epoxyanthrasesamone Bon the basis of the NMR spectral data and identified for the first time as the components of the sesame roots.
