摘要

Post-genome studies of Mesorhizobium loti and Bradyrhizobium japonicum are introduced. Expression mechanism analysis of former rhizobia was performed under the condition of symbiosis, slight aerobiosis and carbon starvation. Genealogy with comparison between different strains (T7 and USDA110) of the latter rhizobia indicates that there are many non-nodulating rhizobia which are genetically close to B. japonicum.
