磁性コンピュ一タの実現に向けて

摘要

The magnetic computer is the ideal information system for the future. It consists of magnetic devices, such as magnetic memories and magnetic logic devices. Because of these devices, it is highly resistant to electromagnetic fields, space radiation from the sun and the milky way, and charged particles. This resistance will be required in the future for airplanes, spaceships, and robots located near nuclear reactors. We have investigated the magnetic logic devices including logic gates, shift resisters, and fan-out systems. The operation of all devices was checked in micromagnetics simulations and experiments.
