中性子磁気散乱を用いた磁性研究におけるデータ解析手法の現状と課題

摘要

In this review, we will summarize recent developments in analysis tools for neutron elastic and inelastic scattering data. For elastic scattering analysis, a group-theoretical approach for magnetic structure determination will be reviewed, whereas spin-wave and random-phase approximations will be introduced as representative examples of inelastic scattering analysis. Possible future directions for the development of analysis tools will be discussed.
