摘要

Magnetic domain walls have been attractive research interests for many years, and still exhibit novel topics in fundamental magnetism and various technological applications. Magnetic bubble domains and Bloch lines were utilized as movable bit information carriers in shift register type magnetic memories,which accelerated fundamental study on domain wall physics. Recently, advanced lithographic techniques have been applied for magnetic materials, which lead to geometrically induced magnetic nanostructures, including vortex (unti-vortex) and head-to-head domain walls. These artificial magnetic structures have become the focus of intense research interest as a stage of nanomagnetism and also novel device applications,including three dimensional magnetic memories or magnetic logic circuits.
