The problems of salvaging of industrial and domestic wastes are effectively solved by thermal methods. Among these methods most by universal in a part assortment of recycled wastes, salvaging of energy and the killings of harmful matters are high-temperature methods, best of which ones - high-temperature gasification of the corporation FEST-ALPINE and waste-recycling in a slag melt of the Moscow state institute of steel and alloys -ALGON corporation. The analysis of these methods has allowed to elaborate a fundamentals of new effective technology The new effective technology synthesizes advantages of cyclone gasificators, processes in a melt and shaft countercurrent for a solution of a problem of a complete salvage of variable makeup with deriving of an electrical power, building materials, metals and other passing yields as well as complete elimination of harmful outbursts.
